1. Keep the invoice or a copy of it.
2. You must keep all components of the product intact and the carton as it was received.
3. The warranty does not apply to products returned without the box and accessories included with the product.
4. The product will be replaced or returned to the customer within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that it has not been used and matches the condition of purchase exactly.
5. Alfransya Store guarantees that the product will be repaired to the customer during the warranty period or replaced if repair is not possible during the warranty period.
6. The warranty does not cover breakage, damage to the product, misuse or change in product characteristics. If damage resulting from misuse can be repaired or serviced, the cost will be paid by the customer.
7. The warranty applies to the customer’s first replaced product, and the customer has 3 days to try the product and ensure it works efficiently.
The warranty does not apply to the second exchanged product back to the customer but is only repairable (against manufacturing defects).
8. Personal care products and products used directly and in contact with the body are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
9. The cost of bringing and returning the product through delivery companies to and from maintenance is borne by the customer.
10. Alfransya Store bears the delivery fees if the error is from the company or there is a manufacturing defect in the product within three days of receiving the product.
11. The maintenance or repair period is (15) working days and can be extended depending on the availability of spare parts for the product to be repaired.
12. The warranty is only for the product or device itself and does not include accessories or accessories included with the device.
