Place your order:
By placing an order for products through our website, you confirm that you intend to enter into a contract with us to purchase those products.

You can place an order for your products on the website by clicking on the “Confirm Order” button at the end of the checkout process.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details.

All fields marked as mandatory must be completed (which includes providing us with a valid email address to phone number).

We will then send you an email to confirm receipt, details of your order and delivery costs which will be added to the purchase price (if applicable).


NB :
– Neither completion of the online payment process nor our confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order. Your order will not be accepted until full payment has been received from you.

– You can review the orders you have submitted and their current status at any time by visiting our website and clicking “Sign in” at the top of the page followed by selecting “Track your order.”

– If we are unable to provide you with the products you have ordered for any reason, we will not process your order and will inform you of this. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.

 

Delivery/receipt:

– You will be asked to choose a specific store that suits you. Note that you may only pick up from a specific store that carries the same brand as the products being purchased.

 

– If you choose delivery, please note that delivery fees and timelines vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select, and your delivery address.

 

– We will do our best to deliver the Products to your address by the estimated delivery date specified in the order confirmation email sent by us.

 

– If we are unable to meet the expected delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible with a revised estimated date. We will notify you when the order is ready for pickup or delivered to your address, as the case may be.

 

– If you choose to deliver to your address and no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, our delivery company will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Products will only be left to a third party (such as a caretaker or maid) with your express authorization.

 

– All risks relating to the products you order (including the risk of loss and/or damage to the products) will pass to you upon their delivery to the delivery address specified in your order.

 

– Occasionally, supply of your products may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (such as material shortages, import delays or higher than expected demand). In this case, we will do our best to keep you informed but will have no liability to you for such delay or failure.

 

Cancellation, Return, Refund and Exchange:
If you wish to cancel your order, you may contact our Customer Service Department during business hours and within one hour of placing it.

 

NB :

– We cannot accept cancellations outside of these periods because the order will be processed and can only be canceled through the return/refund process.

 

– If you paid by credit or debit card, and you cancel in accordance with this clause, we will cancel the authorization or process the refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will reflect on your account.

 

– If you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange certain products, you must inform us within 15 days of receipt of your order and in the same condition in which it was supplied, in its original packaging with a copy of the relevant invoice.

 

– Any items provided free of charge must also be returned with the relevant products.

 

– Subject to the following exceptions, when you return your order or wish to exchange certain products, we will process the refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges you have paid. To replace either, you will need to place a new order for delivery.

 

– In the event that goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we may offer you a replacement or replacement product or we will provide you with a full refund, including any delivery charges you have paid for. 5) You can check with your bank after this time or deliver it to the nearest Aramex branch immediately after creating the “Resize” order. If we do not receive the original items within 2 weeks of your order, we will have to cancel your order to exchange your size.

 

6) Exchange can only be made within 28 days from the delivery date.
